About Me

Wally has over 30 years experience in both residential and commercial real estate as well as in mortgage lending and currently serves as a top loan originator for Cobalt Mortgage. Wally is quite the Notre Dame fan and has previously served as president of the Western Washington Notre Dame Club. He is a member of BNI Northwest and can help you with referrals for any home or personal needs. Wally is also a member of the Washington Athletic Club and enjoys keeping fit by playing golf and body surfing. When Wally is not active at work or fitness, he is enjoying life with his wife of 42 years. He has three grown children and one adorable granddaughter, Phoebe.

To qualify for the "Five Star Mortgage Professional" award, Seattle Magazine in conjunction with a local research company sends out thousands of surveys to residents who obtained a mortgage loan within the year. The "Five Star Professional" award goes to mortgage professionals who score highest in overall satisfaction. The list is published once a year in the Seattle Magazine and I was given this award in 2010.
